WHAT IS APPLICATION STATUS?

Application status is a login platform displaying real times updates for ongoing visa, UK passport and legalisation applications. Following the style of our website, we have implemented a system which takes a visual and colourful approach to communicating the progress of an order. Each status is accompanied by a corresponding image – see some examples below of typical visa milestones. The status is also color coded GREEN if the application has proceeded to the next key stage or RED if there is an outstanding action / something missing.

The system is not designed to eradicate or substitute direct contact with a visa agent. Given the fast paced nature of visa / consular work, it would become very difficult should such an approach be taken. Nonetheless, we feel it can be a very useful tool, especially given its dynamic approach to displaying important information – such as expected visa approval dates, anticipated travel dates and agreed delivery details. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Please see below a brief outline of how to login and use the application status system.

INSERT ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS

After accessing the website and the application status webpage, please simply insert your order number and email address provided with the order. YOU MUST HOWEVER allow 1 – 2 business hours after completing the request form to access your order information. The system will then display your results in the same webpage (i.e. the webpage you are currently on).

HOW CAN IT HELP ME / MY EMPLOYER (CORPORATE CLIENTS)?

Application status has multiple benefits for an applicant and/or their employer. Please see some of these below.
REAL TIME APPLICATION STATUS UPDATES
Real time updates are unique and extremely helpful; each applicant can see exactly what stage their case is at. It might prompt them an action is required whilst also showing the progress of the case. Moreover, it will allow the user to see if the application has been submitted to an Embassy for processing and/or if it has been approved – especially useful if our offices have closed for the day (given many such actions do occur at the end of a working day). Again by taking a colourful and creative approach to status updates, we feel users will find it easier to get a clear picture of their application progress.
SEE RETURN DELIVERY DETAILS / OBTAIN COPIES OF INVOICE
As indicated above, the user will be able to see return delivery details including the confirmed return address (postcode only) and confirmed method of delivery. Likewise, once the application is complete and our invoice issued, a copy of it will be posted onto the specific application status order. Certain security features have been implemented on both services, for example not displaying the full return delivery address or billing address (on the invoice). To discuss this information you must speak to a visa agent over the phone.
ALLOW GLOBAL VISAS TO PROVIDE SERVICE LEVEL METRICS
Application status allows us to export data from the system. We can then use this data to analyse our KPIs, report business travel trends to specific companies and also allow our team to look at where improvement in our processes can be made. We are able to analyse and present data on all update statuses – allowing companies to see clearly how an individual case has progressed. We are also able to provide billing reports / cost analysis, visa type and return delivery trends.
