INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Global Visas; a new and unique approach to UK consular, passport and legalisation services.

Historically consular information and in general visa instructions have been difficult to follow, convoluted and not always available in one environment. Global Visas totally changes this approach with a vibrant and very intuitive design.

Immigration and visa advice doesn’t have to be boring and hard to follow. It doesn’t have to be a challenge. We truly believe Global Visas is a game changer in creativity and depth of knowledge.

WHY IS GLOBAL VISAS DIFFERENT?

EXTENDED OPERATING HOURS:

Global Visas will be operating under extended hours, from 9.30am to 10.00pm (Mon – Fri). We appreciate and understand visa / consular work can be urgent, therefore by offering a slightly reduced service between the hours of 6.30pm to 10.00pm, we are able to service all matters which require immediate attention (and also ensure we meet our SLAs with regular cases).

We really feel the above will make a big difference given the nature of visa / consular work, and in turn provide our clients with a highly responsive user experience.

UNIQUE DRAG N’ DROP SYSTEM:

A fundamental part of Global Visas is our Drag N’ Drop process. We have always felt there must be a compliant, efficient and effective solution to document errors. For too long, immigration and visa providers have failed to identify such errors until receipt of all original documents. Whether this be an issue related to scope of service / fees or in general not having a solution.

Nonetheless the above ultimately caused repeated delays in submitting applications, whilst awaiting amended documentation. Please do access the Drag N’ Drop weblink in the menu above. Every part of our website has been custom designed so that the visual experience and interaction with our clients is second to none. Digesting so much information can be frustrating for a reader and indeed historically this has been the case with many immigration websites.

By showing real attention to detail and creating a truly interactive experience, Global Visas is able to display and communicate large amounts of data in an exciting way. We truly believe the stigma, in that immigration has to be boring and full of long paragraphs, can be a thing of the past.
RESPONSIVE AND PROACTIVE CUSTOMER INTERACTION:

Our casework team’s approach and our company’s overall ethos is that we must be on the front foot at all times. We must be proactive with our customers. Having a great website is brilliant but if a team is not able to match this with excellent client care, then it all seems worthless. This is not the Global Visas way and never will be.

We have firmly ingrained throughout our organisation that each individual customer is the most important part of our service; and if we fail at doing this, then we fail overall. We hope our clients realise how important this is to us. Over time working with us, we can assure this diligent approach will become the most prominent and attracting part of being a Global Visas client / customer.
FOCUS ON COMPLIANCE AND ADDITIONAL TRAVEL ASSISTANCE:

Modern day business travel is not all about visas. A cause gathering greater concern with large corporations is ensuring the travel is compliant; is the employee and traveller making the trip on the correct visa. In many cases this relates to travel conducted on a business visa and/or as a business visitor, where a country’s permissable business visitor activities have not been considered.

An immediate roadmap for Global Visas will be to list all permissible and non-permissible business visitor activities, on each country overview page. We have also provided UK government web links to information on local laws / customs and vaccinations for each country.
