VISA ON ARRIVAL

Travellers may obtain a visa on arrival for a stay of up to 14 days, upon payment of a nominal fee (also extendable in-country for a similar period) – provided they hold a valid a visit visa or a green card issued by the USA, or a UK or EU residency permit.
PASSPORT: Hold a passport with 6 months validity beyond your intended departure date and have at least 1 blank page
ITINERARY: Hold proof of onward / return travel tickets
BANK STATEMENTS / MONEY EXCHANGE*: Hold proof of sufficient funds
SUPPORT LETTER / TRAVEL BOOKINGS*: Hold proof of purpose of travel
CARRIERS' LIABILITY (IMPORTANT): All visa on arrival travellers must ensure the flight / airline provider will allow boarding without a visa; the final decision will lie with the airline

If a longer visa is required or you do not meet the above requirements, you must obtain an entry permit prior to arrival into the UAE and require someone in UAE to sponsor it. The sponsor could be:
– an Emirati citizen
– an expatriate resident with valid residency permit in the UAE
– a UAE-based airline
– a UAE-based hotel or tour agent
– a government entity
– companies in the private sector or free zones.
