25% FEE

If upon completing the visa request form and subsequently the service is cancelled, a 25% fee of the total Global Visas service fees MAY be charged – where advisory work has been carried out prior to the Drag N’ Drop process and review of the applicant’s documents. In particular, this may include questions regarding a visa document list or the applicant may request an in depth call to discuss the visa category.

Where applicable or identifiable at the outset, a notification will be made to the client of this billing arrangement.

50% FEE

If upon completing the visa request form and subsequently the service is cancelled, a 50% fee of the total Global Visas service fees WILL be charged for all cases where the Drag N’ Drop process and review of the applicant’s documents has been completed.

There may be some scope on how this is charged depending on what stage the applicant is at (i.e. a 50% fee may be still be charged if there is continued correspondence related to amended documents; likewise a reduced 25% fee may be charged if documents have been reviewed FIRST TIME but amends requested). All such billing matters will be handled on a case by case basis.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT IMPACT REVIEW ONLY CASES WHERE THE APPLICANT MUST ATTEND THE EMBASSY / CONSULATE IN PERSON THEMSELVES TO THE SUBMIT THE APPLICATION. IN SUCH CASES, SUBSEQUENT TO THE REVIEW PROCESS AND ENSURING THE APPLICANT HAS SECURED AN APPOINTMENT (IF REQUIRED) / IS FULLY AWARE WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE PHYSICAL SUBMISSION – A 100% FEE IS APPLICABLE.

100% FEE

If upon completing the visa request form and subsequently the service is cancelled, a 100% fee of the total Global Visas service fees WILL be charged if the application is submitted to the Embassy / submitted online (E-Visa applications).

Unfortunately there will be no adjustment on this policy however Global Visas is happy to review exceptional cases where applicable.

It is important to note that all Consular fees are subject to change without any prior notice. This is not within the control of Global Visas and all changes are at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. However we will try our utmost to ensure all Consular fee changes are provided to the applicant as soon such information is available and/or communicated to Global Visas.

Consular fees can also fluctuate slightly depending on currency exchange rates, as in many situations they are officially set based on a foreign currency. Additional surcharges and taxes may apply at the time of submission – where possible Global Visas will ensure all such additional surcharges are communicated at the outset.

PLEASE ALSO FULLY BE AWARE THAT consular fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted; including if the application is then rejected or if you are issued a different visa validity to that requested. In the rare event this is not applicable and a refund can be issued by an Embassy or Consulate – Global Visas will endeavour to ensure it is issued as soon as possible.

All courier fees will be provided once the return delivery service type has been finalised / arranged. Again this is usually once the applicant has completed the Drag N’ Drop document review process. If the applicant does not wish to proceed with the return courier delivery service or courier service fee offered by Global Visas, they may arrange their own return courier at their own discretion and responsibility.

After an applicant has completed the service request form, Global Visas, via a secure payment gateway (stripe Inc), will proceed to collect and securely hold your payment details. Only once the visa has been issued – will a charge be made against your credit / debit card. A SIMILAR STRUCTURE IS APPLICABLE TO PRE-APPROVED CORPORATE CLIENTS BILLED VIA INVOICE METHOD – ONLY ONCE THE VISA IS ISSUED WILL ISSUANCE AND REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE BECOME EFFECTIVE.

As outlined above, consular fees are always subject to change. Although we will try our utmost to remain accurate at all times, fluctuations in the final billed amount can occur. Upon receiving your final invoice, which will clearly outline and itemise all fees, you may contact your visa agent for an additional clarification on the final billed amount.
